Cancellation Policy
Tattoo Service Policy Thank you for choosing our tattoo studio! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review and adhere to the following policies: Booking & Deposits * A **\$100 deposit** is required to book any tattoo appointment. * **All deposits are non-refundable** under any circumstances. * Deposits go toward the final cost of the tattoo. * If you need to reschedule, you must do so **at least 24 hours in advance**. Failure to reschedule within this window will result in a forfeited deposit. ### **Consultations** * Consultations are **free** and must be done **in person**. * No appointments will be booked without a deposit. ### **Design Policy** * Tattoo designs are created and finalized **on the day of the appointment**. * We **do not send designs** before the appointment. * All tattoos will be completed **the same day** the design is done, unless otherwise agreed upon. ### **Client Requirements** * Clients **must bring a valid government-issued photo ID** to their appointment. * All clients must fill out required paperwork **on the day of the appointment**. * **No alcohol** should be consumed **within 24 hours** of your tattoo session. * If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. ### **Aftercare** * The client is **fully responsible for their tattoo aftercare**. * Aftercare products are available for purchase at the studio, or you may use your own trusted products. * The artist is **not responsible for any issues** resulting from poor aftercare. ### **Right to Refuse Service** * We **reserve the right to refuse service** to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, intoxication, poor hygiene, or violation of studio policies. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask during your consultation.
